A seasoned executive leadership adviser with over 25 years of experience, Ronald has guided Fortune 500 companies through transformative change. With a proven track record in interim executive roles, he has played a pivotal part in steering organisations towards operational excellence and strategic growth.
Since 2000, Ronald has steadily risen through the ranks in the executive recruitment industry holding Division Manager, Associate Director, Director and Managing Director roles at international companies like Robert Half International and Badenoch + Clark.
In all his roles, his natural interest has been in engaging with business leaders to understand their thoughts and needs. Ronald has built an extensive network of international C-level leaders including CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, CSOs , and COOs.
Ronald joined VALPEO as a Partner due to the strong alignment of his values with those of the company. He believes in the power of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning. Ronald holds an MSc degree in Business Economics from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (1996).
